good allaround load?

what is a good allaround shot size for doves,skeet,trap,?
also what are some of your favorite hunting loads?

the best allround size for the above is 7-1/2.
my favorite load for doves is 32 gram 7-1/2 any quality high speed round will do

Anyone else used the Lyalvale Express GT high velocity shells on doves ? . they are rated at 1400 fps in the 32 gram (1 1/8 oz) load.
they do seem a bit hard on them up close but I've found them an excellent long range shell.
