Well. We are likely to break an all time record for rainfall for May: 20" plus! It's rained almost every single day this month. 3" last night and more on the way. Rivers and creeks are out of their banks and roads are closed for flooding. Been here 30 years and never seen anything like it. How about you?

We had more in 2007 but we've had enough, anyway. Our gun club is now drying out from having been 5 feet under water. Interior walls and insulation have been stripped, furniture and fridge dicarded, 2 skids of targets thrown away, etc. etc It's a mess.

No. This ain't our first rodeo in this location. We have a couple of members who pay attention to water levels on the Caney River. When it gets up they sound the alarm and we take the machines to higher ground. We missed a wireless receiver and it remains to be seen if it will work.
