Hearing Protection

Gentlemen,
I agree with f451, have been using the Walker Silencer electronic ear buds for a long time now on the Clays course, they work well and the batteries last a long time. I still want to have my natural hearing in the Grouse woods, and usually wear no hearing protection when I am bird hunting. I want to hear everything around me when I am bird hunting in the forest. The Walker ear buds have been working quite well for me on the Clays course. For the money expended Walker makes a great product. The Walker Ear buds protect from loud noise lowering the noise 25 Decibels and enhance normal clear sounds.

all the best,

Gentlemen,
When shooting a rifle or hand gun, hunting or on the range I use the my Walker hearing protection/sound enhancement. I usually do not use them when Grouse hunting, because I do not want to loose them, and I want natural hearing in the Grouse woods when I Grouse hunt. Also 90 % of the time I am Grouse hunting alone, so the only gun occasionally going off is my own.
OpenRange is correct however, it is a good practice to always use the hearing protection.

all the best,
