We pick up our WPG Friday. We have to have a "B" name for him. We have it narrowed down to three. Which do you like?

Shootist,

I had to revisit the lyrics of that great song great name, good luck this weekend.

Well, I grew up quick and I grew up mean,
My fist got hard and my wits got keen,
I'd roam from town to town to hide my shame.
But I made a vow to the moon and stars
That I'd search the honky-tonks and bars
And kill that man who gave me that awful name.

Well, it was Gatlinburg in mid-July
And I just hit town and my throat was dry,
I thought I'd stop and have myself a brew.
At an old saloon on a street of mud,
There at a table, dealing stud,
Sat the dirty, mangy dog that named me "Sue."

Thanks. I called the vet today to schedule an appointment. The girl asked his name. When I told her it was Cash, she asked "its not after Johnny Cash is it?". I couldn't help but laugh. She told me that she wanted to see the movie and asked if i had seen it yet.

I picked him up this evening. It was a three hour drive. He did pretty good riding home. Better than I expected. Of course he had to inspect the entire house when he got here. I know it may sound like I'm saying this because he is mine, but he is the prettiest of the litter. The breeder picked him for me due to his strong prey drive. I really didn't care which one I got looks wise. I just want a hunting partner. The good looks are an added bonus. he also follows me wherever I go and cries if he doesn't see me. Seems every other dog I have had couldn't care less. I really look forward to playing with him tomorrow.
