My dad owns 2 Belgian Browning sweet sixteens. He was hunting the other day with one and the fore-end cracked right down the middle. He is going to have to buy a new one, but can't find a place to buy it from. We checked the net and can't find one. Anyone know where to get one?

Did it break completely in half or does it have a crack. If it has a crack it can be repaired. I do stock repairs for friends of mine and have good success with Brownells bedding compound. If you take the time and dye the epoxy to match the grain you won't see the crack if done properly. Try Boyds Gunstocks for replacement if needed.

Send us the complete gun. We will repair the existing forend, but the cost will be greater than a new replacement, if you can find one. Figure in the range of $195 to $260 for a guaranteed job.
