I can tell you is it was made in 1955..

Choked 28 and 40 thousandths - those are very tight chokes for Modified and Full with modern ammunition.
An e-mail to AyA will confirm the model for you. Obviously made for export to an English speaking country.
Interesting that it has ejectors, but not disc set strikers.
