I just wanted to say hi. I don't see to many here from Nebraska. I am just getting back into shotgun sports after a few years off. It is a great stress reliever. I have been shooting a lot of trap and just started skeet. Been wanting to try sporting clays, if anyone has a favorite place here in eastern Ne let me know.
Thanks,
TC

Don't know for sure because I've never been there, but I here that there is a pretty good range down around 60th and Harrison in Omaha. Don't know for sure if they do clays, skeet, both, or what. If you have nothing else, it may be worth checking out. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
TC - I'm not from that area and have no idea what is available. I would stop in at a local gun store and ask around. I'm sure they could point you in the right direction.

I live in Omaha and the range is the Harry Koch Trap and Skeet range. I have been there a time or two. The guy running the place (I think his name is Gil) helped me out as I had not hunted since I was a kid. No sporting clays here though.

Seems to me there is a sporting clays place right across the bellevue bridge (off 370 - it's right along the river) in Iowa.. I'm thinking it's called Pheasant Haven??, but I don't know for sure -- haven't shot there in a couple of years -- but it was a lot of fun last time I was out there..
