You surely got a heck of a deal on the loader! Read the two "permanent" threads that deal with Hornady 366 tips and tricks and setup at the top of this forum. Good stuff in there. I find the modification of slicing a slot through the shell retaining ring at the powder drop station to make my 366s about 50% easier to use - especially for pulling a hull out to check powder drops.

Sorry, I’m a little slow where at the top of the forum can I access the “366 tips & tricks”? I can certainly use the help if I can find those!
