How do you take the dang front bead of an 870?

:wink: I just purchased a wilson combat trak-lock ghost ring set from someone (without instructions). I need to remove the front bead off my 870 and install the new sights. I'm excited about the whole thing and want to get them on soon. HELP!!!!!! I've heard that this is easy to do with simple tools. :?
