I am relaying a question for my relatives that are going to Canada, (Manitoba, I believe) for a fishing trip but was told that there have been bears sited near the camp and they are wondering if they could bring in their shotgun for protection. What are the rules/ he has asked on a couple fishing forums and got conflicting answers... Thought I would go to the resident experts - Canandian Forum on Shotgun world Thanks in advance
