Good afternoon guys,

My father just recently gave me his Iver Johnson 16 Gauge shotgun. Unfortunately the barrel is missing the part that connects the fore-end (was cut off for some reason and ground smooth) and the end is split where the sight should go. So, I am currently looking for another barrel but I am having horrible luck finding one. Would anybody on here have one for sale or know where to get one? Have tried just about every web site.

Maybe the barrel could be cut back and a sight fitted, but depending on why it was split it may not be usable at all.
Still leaves you with the fore end problem. Cant imagine why someone would do what you describe.
You would have to be extremely lucky to come across a barrel, it would be easier to find a complete gun.
