I just paid $400 for a used Beretta 303 20ga Magnum, and I'm feeling really good about it.
I've been on the hunt for an affordable 20 Gauge Beretta semi for a couple years, and I'm excited to add a great dove gun to my collection without breaking the bank.
The previous owner hunted with it, and the stock and forearm show some honest wear, but everything looked to be in good working condition. I'm planning to keep everything as-is, besides the wear & tear parts.
From my limited research, it sounds like a new recoil spring should probably be among the first things I do. Is there anything else I should take care of before taking it out to the range? I don't mind getting my hands dirty, and enjoy tinkering about as much as shooting!
