Yea I just have to ask. When you guys talk about ribs bent like a banana and various other issues.

WHY WOULD YOU EXCEPT A GUN IN THAT CONDITION ?

Are we not telling the whole story ? Don't tell me you kept it in that condition. If you did, that just doesn't seem very smart
When you purchase a gun through the mail, you don't know what might show up!

Paxton and Alamo are a good place to check for a below MSRP price. Alamo has new owners.
How recently did this happen? The woman who was always in the Alamo Shop at the World Shoot always acted snobbish, and acted like she was doing you a favor by letting you look at their inventory......was never that impressed with them.

Hopefully the new owners are a bit more friendly.

like I said, I have NEVER seen or experienced this. And I have shot with well over 100 people who have DT11's.
It is not good business to send out 10k plus products that are defective.
Maybe they have better QA on the expensive lines than the cheaper lines.

In my experience the bent rib was on the adjustable high rib, which is not soldered to the barrel. It's a common problem, or at least it was when I bought it. Hopefully they got it fixed.

I'm sure the flatter ribs that are soldered to the barrel are much better.

Only thing VAG has going for it is Porsche. If I had the money I’d be driving a BMW, couldn’t care less about Audi spontaneously accelerating. They’re boring ugly cars and engineered terribly
I owned a Passat TDI for about 4 years, it got caught up in the deisel scandal and I sold it back to VW.

It was a much better car than the BMW 525 I owned when I lived in Europe.

We just had a BMW rental for 10 days while my wifes car was in the shop, and that was a nice vehicle, but it had too many bells and whistles that were too much, like it knew what you wanted to do and would do things, even when you didn't want to....

Try John Paxton
Paxton Arms, Dallas area Paxtonarms.com
Very fair and in business for business
I believe you meant to say, Robert Paxton, who now has John Fournier working for him.

Robert is great to work with! I purchased a K-80 from him years ago, and couldn't have had a better experience!
