She won the USA International Skeet Shoot held in Tucson which ended yesterday and will head the national team going to the mideast. She was five shots better than the runner up Dania Vizzi and nine better than Sam Simonton. What can you say, perhaps the best ever.

Way to Kim! Got to see her shoot at Atlanta in 96. In 2016 made it home from work in time to see her in the shootoff against the Chinese lady that shot without a recoil pad on her gun. Pretty sure I was more nervous than Kim, I was sitting on the edge of the chair holding my breath. Might explain why I am the world's greatest choker. She has had a long run and I hope it continues, she works hard enough at it.

Kim has a lot of fans in the shooting community. I agree with Gator that the gun sports don't even get mentioned by the press most of the time. I also agree with the OP, she may be the best ever - she's had a very long run and has excelled at a number of games.

I really wish that Wayne Mayes had lived longer. He would still be setting records. An incredible talent in shotgun shooting. However, International Skeet is Kim's game and it is only somewhat related to NSSA skeet.

Don't forget that those athletes like Kim are also World Athletes who compete in all parts of the world. I think that imposes a different set of challenges not found here in USA. She is a class act and an amazing talent!

My shooting partner recalls seeing her at the Bluegrass Shoot in Louisville KY when she was very young. She was playing cards in the clubhouse when they called her flight for the 410, she jumped up and said ”got a go, this is my gun.
