In the tradition of fine English field guns, Kimber® has announced the Valier™ 20 gauge, a true seven pin sidelock side by side upland double.

The Valier is the kind of shotgun expected from Kimber. Light and fast. Properly dimensioned. Each wears a stunning Grade Four Turkish walnut stock with 24 LPI checkering, straight grip, checkered butt and thirty coats of hand-rubbed oil finish. Forend is the classic splinter. Case colored receivers as well as furniture are hand engraved in traditional rose and scroll with fifty percent coverage. Triggers and pins are finished in brilliant niter blue and barrels wear deep rust blue.

Detailing is exceptional. Plates detach by hand. The forward trigger is hinged. Barrels are chrome lined and choked improved cylinder and modified. Chambers accept 3-inch shells. Gold line cocking indicators, regulated screws and a logical 14.75 inch length-of-pull stock without cast are among standard features.

The Valier Grade I has extractors, whereas the Grade II features tuned ejectors.
