Does anyone have any info on a King Nitro 812, single shot 12 gauge with Central Arm stamped in the barrel? Bought it at a Yard Sale.

Both names were trade names of the Shapleigh Hardware Co., St. Louis, MO

Funny thing is, Central Arms is usally associated with Cresent manufacture.
And King Nitro is associated with Iver Johnson or Hopkins and Allen normally , so who actually manufactured the gun is sort of up in the air

Does anyone know how much it's worth and how old it may be?
