Kolar or Krieghoff

As someone thinking of going to KOLAR, I will add my thoughts. First, I've owned a K80 with "light" (narrow top rib and Ti chokes, not the new "Parcour") barrels. The K80 is heavy.
Both Have great triggers, the Kolar are removable and easily serviced. K80 triggers are complex and must be serviced by Kreighoff due to complexity. (Both K80 and Kolar use coil springs in their triggers)
The new Kolar lite barrels are very lively. I've recently shot a Demo Kolar and it was very light recoil, moved well to the target.
I also "felt" back to back at the dealer a Parcour, Kolar lite, and Perazzi, all 32 inch barrels.
The K80 feels "thinner" (stock wrist and forearm) than the other two. Both the Parcour and Kolar were as dynamic as the Perazzi. Neither has side ribs to worry about!!!(The Parcour does have side ribs, the normal K80 does not)

Both the K80 and Kolar have very good lock up design.
Those are my thoughts

Good luck with your choice...

After shooting the Kolar it is no my radar as my new gun.

One "drawback" to the Kolar, is less choice of aftermarket choke tubes, if you wish to use other than "Kolar" chokes. Kreighoff after market chokes are readily available.
