Man, I hate trying near perfect L.C. Smiths , they are just plain too valuable for a few guys playing on the 'net.

I've got it at 1948 manufacture.

here's what the Bluebook has but on these it can be way off.

STANDARD FIELD GRADE
Grading 100% 98% 95% 90% 80% 70% 60% 50% 40%
$1,750 $1,500 $1,250 $925 $775 $675 $550 $465 $435
30% 20% 10%
$395 $375 $340

Add 33% for auto ejectors.
Add $200 for SST.

Take a look at this one http://www.gunbroker.com/auction/ViewIt ... m=10478291

AHNH, nope not gonna ban you for that, but next time ,,well you never know.

Roger you might want to ask these guys, http://***********/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=forum;f=1 or just take a look around their site , I guarantee you they are good guys and they are on top of these old high grade guns.

Sorry I couldn't be more confident, but that L.C.Smith is a heck of a gun and I want you to know within a reasonable margin.
