My friend was moving out of state. She did not want to take their fathers shot gun. It's a little worn, shortened stock, but pretty good overall. I offered $200, but she wouldn't take more than $100 for it.

It's a 311 A 12ga 2 3/4" shells, with 28" barrels.

I've read that there should be a letter in an oval to date it since there is no serial. This one has 2 letters in 2 circles. Or is it a 1968, because it has a V on it? Any idea how to date this one?

Thanks - AMB
