I need a recipe for these as well. I've got a 100 brand new primed 3 inch 20ga Fiocchi's sitting on a shelf cause I can't find any data.

If you can find loading data for Federal Hulls ..... those loads will work fine in the Fiocchi hulls. The case capacity and internal design are very close.
