I have owned a CG for over 12 years, and can honestly say they have the best customer service in the industry. Other then having to ship it off, I am very please with the service I have received. I hope other CG owners are having the same experience .

The CG service reputation was a big deciding factor when I purchased my first CG. I have two of them now & thankfully, I haven't had to test that reputation..... yet
