I've been looking but haven't seen one. Has anyone got a personal first knowledge of the over under version. The 12 gauge w/ 28 inch barrels has got some appeal.

I've seen the SxS. Looks OK, but rather plain. Just like to know if any one has seen the O/U.

I own a Traditions o/u. The LC Smith looks a lot better than any Traditions I have seen. The 2 that I have actually seen and held were stamped made in Italy but did not say by whom. Unless the website has changed very recently--it doesn't say which company in Italy either.
These are case hardened receivers, come up very well, have nice clean lines, wood to metal fit is good. My club has 2 of them and I have been thinking about buying the 20 gauge. it is a beautiful little gun.

The LC Smith O/U is made in Italy by Fausti.

However, it is NOT the same crossbolt action used on the cheap Traditions models that used to be sold at WalMart. The LC Smith uses dual underlugs and is a much higher quality gun.
