You will need to give more information. What are the proof marks, is this a breach loader, hammers? I doubt that if it has 41.5" barrels that it's a 10 gauge, normal would be around 32". There was a gunmaker named McGregor in Scotland but without more info it's impossible to tell you much.
When and if you get to the value part someone would have to know if the gun is solid rust or brand new, or somewhere in between, it makes a difference.
