I agree,those with absolutely no mechanical aptitude whatsoever,should steer clear of the universal bars.
If some folks mechanical aptitude is that bereft,
they should probably refrain from assembling ammunition altogether.

I agree 100%. I have used mine for thousands of loads, and once fine tuned, it drops very consistant weights. The only time I have had some variance was with re-claimed shot, and even then it was slight.

Personallly I wouldn't worry about being 10 or 11 pellets light. Just keep loading..

is your scale accurate?

besides, it's not the 10 shot that your press didn't dispense into the wad the missed the target; it was the other 296 shot which were dispensed into the wad that missed the target.

Which means it's "operator error".
