I have a old Mec Grabber I forgot about. It has been in the barn for 20 years. I cleaned it and oiled and have it working again. I'm thinking about reloading Bismuth. At $16.00 for a box of 10 I can't help thinking I can reload them for a lot less. What would I need to change or do different to reload #4 shot Bismuth with this old Mec.
Does anyone here reload Bismuth and sell them I might be interested in that also. Thanks

It's easy to do, just pick out the load and for what ever shot drop you want use 1/8oz bigger. If you want 1 1/4 use a 1 3/8oz shot bushing/Bar. The rest of it is the same.

What are you hunting? For ducks i've had good success with 3/4oz load of 6's in both the 12 and 28ga.

I have heard of folks making thier own bismuth shot with the littleton shot maker.
