Missouri passed a law saying Missouri wouldn’t enforce Federal gun laws.
I liked the idea because that would mean I could buy a fully automatic modern gun that I was denied by Reagan. No federal laws would be enforced, right?
My understanding that this is going to the courts because local law enforcement are not cooperating with Federal warrants.
I’m sure somebody can explain it better than me. But that’s what is happening right now. Wonder what the conservative SCOTUS will say about it. Will they back a states rights or back the anti-gun federal government?
