Just did one, it was .7295", but I would say anywhere between .727-30" would be within specs.

The only .735" guns I am aware of were SuperX's, and Competition 101's (Diamond grade T&S/LiveBirds/6500/5500 etc etc), the later 101 comps also had lengthened cones (1 1/2")

Well, it really can't but unless you have known the gun all its life, anything could have happened. That doesn't even meet Winchesters skeet choke measurements, someone could have opened it up. How smooth is the choke? Can you see any bumps or ridges in the choke area?
