I am loading 410's on a PW 900.

I have several old style AA hulls and have loaded them with good result.

Someone gave me several Rem STS 410 hulls. I have tried to load them using the REM Wad

The problem I encounter is this. The shell loads fine until the final crimp station. The top of the green hull mushrooms out and will not force thru the die to eject. I have to cut the mashed part off the top of the hull to get it to force it out and then the hull is ruined.

Can anyone help with this problem.

Thanks

Loosen the set screw located in the tool head above the crimp starting die and allow the starter die shaft to drop down a bit--re-tighten the set screw. it is a 15 second task.
