the NEF 20ga. Pardner was my very first shotgun too, I got it when I was 11. I still use it every year hunting everything from squirrel to deer. My dad always said, and I agree, that it should only take one shot to do the job, so that's how I learned and that's what I do...great guns. they have a very, very accurate handi-rifle too...i was surprised when I shot the NEF .223, and shot a group smaller than my thumb @ 100yds.
