Just wondering if the Super X2 Field 3" Magnum has any issues as I just bought one to use as my pheasant, quail, and occasional clays gun. I like the way it comes up. After shooting a couple boxes of shells through it yesterday, I can't wait to shoot it some more. This is my first Winchester shotgun and if it is anything like my Winchester rifle it will last a long time. One more thing I really like is the $579 price tag with a $100 rebate making the final cost $479 plus tax. Thanks for any replies.

I've had my 3 1/2" synthetic for 4 months and am very impressed. I'm looking to catch a deal on a sporting clays model. I don't expect that you will have any issues with your sx2. Very reliable and easy to clean.

I'm with KT57. The SX2 is a good gun. It won't be as easy to clean as the I-12 you had, but they are easy. They cycle a wide range of shells.
My buddy has a 3 1/2" model. It's only had one jam since he's had it. It too cycles 1oz loads without any problems.

The only repete problem that I have come across with the SX2 is the firing pin not hitting the primer hard enough.

Worc, your friend probably stores his gun cocked so the hammer spring is probably weakened. Just a joke, I just keep thinking about that thread and keep laughing.

I have a Gold 3 1/2". I like the speed-load feature and the magazine cutoff that the Winchester doesn't have. I do like the rib on the Winchester better. They have the same action design so I would be happy with either one. Also sounds like you got a great deal, so I think you will be very pleased.
