I purchased a Browning Gold Classic this fall and love the gun. Unforutunately i had a mishap when I had gun broken down and for cleaning. I dented the stock up . Can any one suggest a stock maker that I can send the gun to to have a nice stock made for it. I would like some pretty wood for it. I will be much more careful in future.

you may rethink this when you find out the cost of a stock, but the best imo is jim greenwood, augusta ks, 316-775-0161

next would be from browning as a replacement---also check ebay, alot of wood is sold there

You might be able to get a fancy one thru the custom shop at Browning. I'm sure it won't be cheap. Midwest Gun Works also has replacements.

Also watch Gunbroker. Midwest will put buy it now auctions up for items they want to move. I got a grade II set for my gold 20ga for what they were asking for the standard stock on the midwest site...

A good stock guy can raise the dents with steam. Refinish and you are done!
