Ron,

Got a Savage Model 10, take the trigger guard off and their are two screws, one adjust the travel and the other the weight. I won this rifle at a turkey shoot years ago and was told that it was all factory, does this sound right? And is it safe to adjust the screws and not buy a replacement trigger, if the trigger is made too light the safety can only be turned on, you must then disengage the bolt to set the safety back. What ya think?

Thanks

yES THAT IS A STOCK TRIGGER BUT IF YOUR NOT FAMILAR WITH IT`S SETTING DO NOT MESS WITH!

You can get a great trigger out of this gun, but when you alter 1 screw there are really 4 total that will need adjusting.
