I have only shot skeet one time and did lousy,7 on the 1st round and 9 on the 2nd.I have a rem 1100 and it will spit them out just as fast as you can pull the trigger. are you limited to one shot per clay or can you shoot 2 or even 3 times if you have time?I haven't heard what is allowed. thanks. sj :D

Not only is it one shot per clay many ranges safety rules will get you ejected for shooting more than once at a clay during a round.Another one of the safety rules is no more than 2 shells loaded. There is a fine line between hobby and insanity.

I didn't know you were only supposed to load 2 shells. I will have to put my plug back in when I get my gun back from the gunsmith. I'm having a decelerator installed. I should have it back in the next two weeks. Can't wait. In the meantime,I have been reloading a lot of boxes of shells in 7 1/2,8,9,s and 6's for hunting. That is also a new hobby. If I just hang out here I can learn all kind of things. sj:D

sjones,You don't need to plug your gun for two. Just put two shells in when you get to your post, otherwise you will be unloading your gun every time you move and you should NEVER move to another post with shells in your gun, chamber or magizine. Thats another way to get asked to leave w/o passing go.
