Anybody experiencing slow service from Numrich lately?

I ordered some 1100 parts on the 1st of this month via the internet. Received an order confirmation on the 4th. Inquired as to the staus of my order on the 9th and got a reply yesteday that my order was still being processed and that I would receive confirmation "as soon as it ships out" (which doesn't tell me much).

I would have thought 1100 parts readily available and have previously had good, quick, experience with them...hardly what I'm experiencing now and lacking of their 2-day "goal".

I've ordered K98k Mauser parts in the past, and have gotten them in a couple of days. 5 Days, tops.

1100 parts. . . I go to Remington.

I wish that Numrich had a "small order" special shipping rate like Brownells has. Quadcab

I have ordered from them several times, they are usually pretty fast, 7 to 10 days to get the order.
My last order tho took a month, look at your order confirmation if it has "BO'" after the item/s they are back Ordered (out of stock and will be sent as soon as they get them in), that is what happened to my last order.

Update:

Received confirmation late yesterday that my order had shipped via usps. In retrospect. I don't guess 11 days is all that bad given I placed the order on a holiday.

Not getting better info. for an inquiry, though, does get under my skin...my customers would fire me if I did this.
