Has anyone ordered directly from these guys?? If so, what was your experience?

I placed an order for a sight from them over 2 weeks ago and can't get any info from them.

1 phone call and 5 e-mails and no response.

This makes me really appreciate GOOD customer service.

I ordered the OKO threw the web site, Then cancelled the order after I decide to step up to the EO Tech. I can tell you they don't do e-mails. I had to call three times before someone answered the phone. Then there was no problem.
