I have a shotgun marked "W.Foersrer Berlin":
- this gun is double-barrelled
- engraved with gold and silver
-it has the following stamps:
- "R","S","U" with crowns above each letter, numsers "13/2","14/1" and "12" in the rings
- in the back of butt - number "1" in golden ring (what does it mean in shotgun classification?)
Could anybody advise me where to find out additional info about this gunsmith ( W.Foerster)? I'd like also to estimate the gun's value.

I also have one of these shotguns, and have had a very difficult time finding out anything about it. If you find out anything, please reply to this message, and if I find out anything I'll do the same.
