I need some information on an old shotgun, single shot 12GA with the words "worlds challenge ejector" on the left side of the receiver, and an eagle on the buttstock. Please let me know if you have any info on this weapon. Thanks!

Open it up and see if there's an ELG in the break. This would indicate Belgian manufacture.

If no ELG, try this:
Challenge Ejector: Trade name used by the Sears, Roebuck and Company of Chicago on shotguns made by Albert Aubrey of Meriden, Connecticut.

Posted that without thinking. My database has a lot of entries crediting Aubrey when the company was actually Meriden Arms. A J Aubrey was the CEO Sears hired away from Parker Brothers to run this subsidiary company.

Your answer on the nitro hunter is where you originally asked it.
