1) Do a search herein -- this has been a hot & perennial topic!
2) From the H'don site -- the youth loads page requires a little hunting around -- down at the botom of the Loads page, IIRC.

3) Also, a fellow shooter sent this to me some time back. They work for me:

Any load at or near 7,000 psi should cycle a clean gas gun. I think Winchester WAA12L (grey) wads should make a good wad column in the above cases.
I have not tried loading with WAA12L wads but, I believe list-member has, with great results.
4) Here's another load info a second shooter sent me for the 3/4oz:
>
>Case: 12 Ga. Rem. Premier
>Primer: Win. 209
>Powder: 17.2 gr. Hodgdon Clays
>Wad: Win Gray
>Shot: 3/4 oz. lead
>1,225 fps @????? psi?????
>
>I have bags of the Gray wads (Win and CB) and I'm hoping to have time to work up a box or two.
Good luck, let us know how the boys (and the barrels) like 'em!
