parker bros. 16 ***** shotgun

I have a old parker bros. 16 ***** double barrell shotgun I inherited from my grandfather. The only numbers I can find on the gun are the patent date which is march 26, 1878 and the serial number which starts 15 can anyone help with a model and value, thanks.

Should be 1879 .

Any grade markings on it ? you might have to take the gun apart to find them.

I'm guessing the barrels are damascus?
