The hull expands too much and sticks in the chamber. It will seem like the ejector has failed.

There are three ways of fixing this:
1. don't shoot shells that stick :lol:
2. change the ejector spring to a more powerful one (I have not tried this but theoretically it should work)
3. polish the chambers (this is what cured my gun)

Sometimes all you need is to thoroughly scrub the chambers with Iosso. Use a large bore mop and an electric drill.
