I'm from Nevada. Are you allowed to hunt waterfowl with a shotgun that has a pistol grip?

There is a new wave in the shotgun industry that incorporates pistol grips and buttstocks (all one piece) that is a great advantage in control and recoil management. I believe that Beretta and Benelli are already producing models and Winchester is in the design phase for their X2 series. You may want to look at your local hunting laws which have jurisdiction, but for me, I know I would not want to shoot slugs or buckshot with only a pistol grip to absorb the recoil.
