Pre-war Grading of A-5 Brownings

The Blue Book doesn't elaborate here. I have two pre-war A-5's both with plain barrels:

1. 12 ga made 1934 in 60% and has no engraving on reciever, so is this Grade I?

2. 16 ga w/2 9/16 chamber made in 1939 that is 95% condition and has engraving on receiver----Grade II??

:?: BTT one time---hopefully there is a Browning collector out there who knows the answer. Apologize for being a neophyte but everybody's gotta start somewhere.
