it works pretty well it throws the chondel ,the flat rabbit great when the teal presetation is thrown it goes roughly 30 feet with cranked spring...iam selling this trap like new for 800 on ebay +shipping....

does anyone have experience atr their club with a Champion Rabbit Trap. How does it compare with a Promatic at three times the cost?

Lots of experience with Promatic, none with the Champion.
That said, I expect it's like many things in life, you probably get what you pay for.
