My dad left me his favorite shotgun, a well-used AL-2. I was with him when he bought it. He shot his last game animal with it, a pheasant. I was standing a few yards away when he shot it. He owned a Light Twelve and a Beretta O/U, yet he most often reached for his AL-2 for hunting. I would like to have it refinished for sentimental reasons. I'd like to send it to Beretta to have it done, but I am not sure if they'll do the work. If not, does anyone know of a gunsmith who specializes in Beretta semiautomatic shotguns?

Merry Christmas

Rich Cole is "The Berettq Guru". He knows more about Berettas than Beretta USA does, and he stocks more parts for obsolete models of Berettas than Beretta USA does. He was trained at the Beretta factory in Italy as a stockmaker before he became an independent general gunsmith.
