I load both shotshell and metalic centerfire, and have a few benches that I constructed. However what I have been using lately are the Midway pedestal stands. Stable enough for a MEC and I have used them with Hornady 366's but you have to hold them down a bit when auto indexing.

I use them with RCBS RockChuckers but find them too unstable for RCBS AmmoMaster progressive. Then also make an excellent tool stand for case trimmers and other tools. They are pretty convenient and I can move them around my workshop as needed to outside or in the house depending upon the weather. Even used one in my motorhome, but haven't taken any to the range yet.

Midway has them on sale periodically and they are worth the money.
