I just saw a Remington 1100 .410 Skeet T for sale on another site. The seller stated the gun had a release trigger. I've certainly heard of a release on a 12 ga trap gun. Sometimes even a 20 ga. How bad would a shooter have to suffer from flinching to need a release on a .410 ?

AND . . . . . . . wondering how difficult it would be to change it back to a pull trigger ?

The flinch isn't caused by recoil. It's a psychological problem caused by fear of missing. It's an result of stress created between mind and body.

If you shoot a release in the 12, you'd probably want to stick with a release in the 410. It would have nothing to do with recoil, it would be due to continuity.
