Remington Shurshot & High Velocity Hulls

I have picked up a significant quantity of Remington Green Shurshot Hulls and Remington Black High Velocity Hulls off the Sporting Clay range. Both these hulls have external ribs and look identical to each other (except for color). They also appear to be identical to the STS Target Hulls (except for color and external ribs). Are they the same? Can they be loaded with the Remington STS recipes?
