Yup, that is about right! Mostly I shoot REX I but I've loaded a couple cans of II and still have about 1/2 a can of III. Mostly what I've noticed with all the REX loads is that they are about 1 to 1 1/2 grains light in performance. i.e. the powder charge they suggest for 1200 fps will only run about 1120 to 1140 and to get it up to 1200 fps you need to put in about 1 to 1 1/2 grains more powder than they say you need. BUT that is just MY experience. I've loaded some REX III in 12, 20 and 28 ga and they all went bang real loud and when the aim was right, the rock broke just fine! At something under $20 for a Kilo can, it works just fine, at least for me! I wouldn't use Unique data for loading the stuff, but it is definatly in that burn rate, similar applications with similar powder charges. NOTICE I said SIMILAR, not the SAME!
