Quick Tip
Mapquest allows you to map an area. Once you do this select the "Satellite Photo" option tab. It's great for getting an arial view of your hunting area. I use it with dove hunting to figure out where the the surrounding stock ponds are at.

What if there is no arial tab?I guess New Mexico is last on your list.So how long will it be until were on your list?

Victor....you would have to ask the folks at mapquest, but consider that White Sands and other test bases are there and that might be why NM isnt on the aerial list.
There is a fine line between hobby and insanity.

another good site is terraserver.com
if you go to refdesk.com you will find links to a few other sites that have aerial photos.

I have to go along with your thinking on why nm maps are not available to yhe public.It sure is hard to find small ponds or even public land south of Albuquerque .Thanks for the reply.
