My brother-in-law is looking for a budget 410 O/U and had his eye on one of these. I had never heard of them before, but saw one at the gun show and the fit and finish looked good. The action also worked smother than any budget O/U I've handled. Anyone have any knowledge/experience with these?

FYI they were asking $450 for the NIB one at the gun show.

8lbs in .410? That doesn't sound right.

Either way, you can't get a quality double, much less a subguage one, for that price. If he just wants to shoot a box or two a year through it, fine... any more than that, it will break down in no time...
Don't go by an example that you saw at a gun show...

I've seen one in person at a local shop and got to take it apart, to put it nicely, I was not impressed....

The wood was excellent, though....

I broke-down the one at the gun show and wondered at the time if the dealer hadn't worked the action. Granted, it didn't compare to my Browning, but seemed considerably better built than than most budget O/U I've seen.

Just wondered if anyone has any experience with this model.
